Google Sites Nausea Eased (Possibly)

My struggle with Google Sites may have come to an end (but all usual caveats apply).
The problem seems to be with the way Google keeps you signed in.
I have two accounts, one as me and one as the webmaster of Langstone Cutters Rowing Club (join now!). It seemed sensible to set up a separate account for the Cutters that would transfer to a new webmaster in due course.
At first everything worked although it was irritating to have to log out as me and log back in again as the Cutters webmaster every time I wanted to update the site. I kept on meaning to make myself an owner of the site to avoid the hassle but never somehow got round to it.
Then Google Sites started to lock me out. Not by flashing up a message saying Access Denied, just by not logging me in. Or logging me in and refusing to do simple things like post stuff in the news section or upload pics. It was driving me MENTAL.
And, of course, one thing it refused to do was allow me to change the permissions so I couldn't even make myself and owner and get in that way. FNARK!
Then I had an inspiration. I logged in as Cutters webmaster on my iPad, which had no memory of me signing into Google as me. It worked! Everything was instantly accessible. I made myself an owner, went back to my PC and logged in as me....and all was sweetness and light.
Lesson Learned: never try and operate two Google accounts on one computer.
